July 10th is national Pina Colada Day so Happy Pina Colada Day!
Let me tell you, this is a fantastic recipe! It’s sweet, creamy, has the perfect balance of pineapple and coconut and really packs a punch!! This is so much better than any Pina Colada you would be served on vacation. It’s all the real and good stuff and nothing watered down!
1 Serving:
2 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2oz. Coconut Cream
You can either use a blender or cocktail shaker. So either put ice in a cocktail shaker or blender, then add both rums, pineapple juice and coconut cream. Shake/Blend really well and pour into a tall cocktail glass.
4 Servings:
1 Cup Coconut Rum
1 Cup Pineapple Rum
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Coconut Cream
This one is probably better to do in a blender. So just all all the ingredients with ice in a blender and blend well. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
